The concept started upon two people who enjoy wine and going out to different venues to discover and ultimately find the best wine experience Edmonton has to offer. We are by no means professional wine connoisseurs, we just have a love for wine and enjoy going out, meeting new people and discovering hidden gems. We are hoping to learn much more about the different types of wines out there, the many regions of the world that offer a multitude of varieties we have never even heard of. The art of tasting is one area we are hoping to perfect, although that in itself is a difficult task. The first stop was a well acclaimed wine bar in Edmonton. We soon discovered that not all wine bars are the same. In fact our experience at the first venue was the reason this blog has started. We made it our mission to find the ultimate wine experience and our question we ask ourselves after we leave is – would we come back?
